American Jane founder, Sandy Klop visited our guild in September.  I like her patterns and books.  I had my camera all ready but it ran out of battery after a couple pictures.  She gave a trunk show and told the story of how she wanted to be a fabric designer and her journey to become one.  It was very interesting - Sandy is a very motivated woman!  She designed for Moda.  Many of her designs feather children, scenes with children.

I love Sandy's work. I haven't seen that first quilt before and I love it. She came to our guild too and was such a delight. Thanks for sharing.
